What are the "Cost to Run" the
Fundraising Program
-
Town Square Program Brochures and Forms.
In some cases the organization will be required to purchase the brochures
upfront, and other cases it is absorbed by Dolce Mia's Gifts. Call
to see if you qualify for the
Zero Cost Plan.

Your own internal organizational costs.
Note that a fundraising campaign usually runs approximately three weeks.

If required, you must collect Sales Tax for
your State. If in Michigan, sales tax must be collected at time of
sale. If you do not have a sales tax license, then the sales tax money
will be collected and Dolce Mia's Gifts we will pay the state with the
collected funds.

In some cases Shipping Charges are split
50-50 between the fundraising organization and Dolce Mia's Gifts Inc.

Collection and Payment Process

Funds are collected by the fundraising
participants and delivered the the Fundraising Organizations Collection
Team. Checks are made out to the Fundraising Organization (Example: City
of Flint Hockey Team).

After the orders are compiled and
verified, a Check for 25% of the funds collected (excluding sales tax),
must go in with your order. We will notify you within 5 business
days what the Shipping Charges will be. The remaining 25% plus 50% of
the Shipping Charges are due upon receipt of the shipment.

The orders are shipped C.O.D. unless
other arrangements are made. This means that the balance due Dolce Mia's
Gifts must be paid upon receipt of the order.
